Taught by Captain Jeremy Stoker, Each month includes focused video lessons, paired with weekly assignments that reinforce the material and turn it into action.
Updated for 2026, the course reflects continued refinement ensuring the principles, structure, and lessons are as clear, relevant, and effective as possible.

Each week builds on the monthly focus reinforcing the core principle through real-world insight and application.

Monthly Coaching Calls
Live monthly calls reinforce the current focus and provide real-world insight from experienced mentors and guest leaders.
Calls are held separately for Jr. Commanders, Commanders, and Parents—creating age-appropriate, trusted environments for growth.
Sessions are recorded within each group so nothing is missed, while maintaining privacy to support open and honest conversation.
