The 3 Pillars We Teach Are...
Our Story...
The Raising Great Fathers Foundation was born from a deep conviction: that the strength of future families depends on the quality of the men who lead them. We exist to equip the next generation of boys and young men with the tools, mindset, and mentorship needed to become strong, present, and purpose-driven fathers.
The idea began with a simple but powerful question: What if we prepared boys for fatherhood long before they became fathers? For too long, society has focused on crisis intervention. We believe in early intervention—building character, integrity, and emotional resilience before the pressures of adulthood take hold.
Drawing inspiration from the aviation world, where clarity, communication, and checklists save lives, our programs teach young men how to lead themselves before they lead others. With a proven framework built on three key principles—relationship skills, personal integrity, and mental and physical durability—we help young men chart a course for a meaningful life.
We’re not here to fix broken men. We’re here to build strong ones from the start.
At The Raising Great Fathers Foundation, we believe every boy deserves a path toward becoming the kind of father his future family can count on. One choice. One habit. One lesson at a time..

"[Jeremy] provided a positive mentor role for Alistair when he was really struggling, and we are so grateful that Alistair could have this relationship that was just right at a time when he just didn't know where to go. And now he's returning to the college where he struggled. He has a positive outlook on where he's going, and I don't think that this would have been possible in any other way."

“With the help of the Command Your Life Program and Coach Jeremy, I have found more improvement in the past six months than in the past six years of my life.”
- D'Mitri
“Before I was in Jeremy's program, I knew one thing. I wanted to be a pilot. And throughout [the Command Your Life Program], I've learned more things. And I've also learned that I can't become a pilot. Now, this was devastating. But with Jeremy's program, I took the fall gracefully. And now I'm moving on without destroying my life. Learning that I can't be something I want to be.”

Meet Our Founders
Jeremy Stoker
Born and raised outside of Seattle Washington, a city known for aviation, Jeremy has had an intense interest in aviation for as long as he can remember.
At the age of 18 he earned his pilot license and later graduated Magna Cum Laude from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in December 2001. With the aviation industry in turmoil after 9/11 Jeremy had to face giving up on his dream of becoming an Airline Captain for the largest airline in the world. From this 18 year struggle, the Command Your Life program was born. Now with 27 years and nearly 10,000 hours of aviation experience in dozens of planes, he is an expert aviator and Captain on the Airbus A320.
He has brought that expertise down to the ground in The Raising Great Fathers Foundation to help young men design and live the lives they want using aviation-based principles.
Jeremy has spent the last 5 years becoming an expert on today's young men. He is certified by leadership guru John Maxwell, trained by UK based coach Christian Simpson and public speaking expert Bo Eason.
Jeremy currently lives outside of Dallas Texas. He’s been married to his beautiful wife Adrienne for 21 years. He’s a proud father of two daughters, Brooklyn and Michelle and his son Kyle. He also loves dogs and has Border Collie named Cash.

Founder & President
Jon Kirby
Jon was born in Tucson, Arizona and raised in California’s Monterey Bay Area. With decades of experience in technology, operations, and project management, Jon now directs the day-to-day efforts of The Raising Great Fathers Foundation—where structure meets purpose.
As a Certified Professional Life Coach, Jon also helps to equip young men with the tools to lead through discipline, grit, and resilience. His background in systems thinking and execution helps translate life’s challenges into teachable skills—building future fathers who lead with strength and integrity.
But Jon’s greatest motivation is personal. Growing up with a father whose example left emotional scars, Jon is determined to break the cycle. His mission is clear: to help boys become great fathers—so no boy has to grow up the way he did.
Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Management with a minor in Project Management. He’s been married to his wife Sarah for 23 years, and together they’re raising five incredible kids—Rose, Jacob, Grace, Sam, and Zach—along with three overly needy cats.
